Vintage Bungalow Charmer- Living and Dining Room

We currently have openings for new E-Design Projects, please click here for more info.

Recently, I received a wonderful review from a client that completely made my day. She is in the process of implementing an E-Design plan I created for her Living and Dining Rooms. In her review she expressed how happy she was with her design and how well the rooms are coming together. What really made me happy was hearing how pleased she was with the process. It is one of my main goals in every project to make the implementation as simple as possible for my clients.

I have to admit, I REALLY enjoyed this project. Her gorgeous vintage bungalow already had a ton of charm and character when she came to me for a design plan. We created a look that embraced the traditional style of her home, yet gave the rooms a fresh, new, look.

Here is peek at the design plans I created for her...

Gray and White Master Bathroom With Gorgeous Cement Floor Tiles

The Yellow Cape Cod Design Studio has openings for new online design projects!  If you're interested in making a reservation, now is the time. Please click here for more information. Recently, I had the privilege of creating a "Whole House" Design Plan for a client who's home is undergoing a major renovation. Part of the plans include a brand new second floor Master Suite. I just wrapped up the design plan for The Bathroom. My client requested a Master Bathroom Design that's warm, welcoming, bright, and (of course) high in style.

I chose elements that are on trend, while maintaining an overall timeless look. My favorite design element in this space is hands-down, the cement floor tiles!

Take a look...

Joanna Gaines Inspired Living Room and Dining Room

*We currently have openings for new online design projects, please click here for more details.

One of the things I enjoy most about providing custom design services is the process of getting to know my clients before we begin. The design plan I'm sharing today was a Two Room Design Plan (a Living Room and Dining Room) we created for a young, tight knit family that loves to gather in their charming, vintage, traditional style home. My clients had a collection of family heirlooms that had a lot of meaning in addition to being beautiful pieces with a lot of character. The goal in this project was to deliver a fresh, stylish design that meets the needs of their every day family life and also allows for them to comfortably entertain large crowds. Their style preference is what I call "updated traditional" with a little Joanna Gaines flavor.

Here is the custom design plan we created for them...
