Merchandise Sales Policies


Payment

We accept PayPal only.

Since we may ship merchandise from multiple distribution centers, if you order more than one item, the items on your order may arrive at separate times. 

Your order will be charged in full at the time it is placed. 

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax for merchandise shipped in Michigan and Illinois.  We do not collect sales or use taxes in any other states.  For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to such tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.  Your purchase is not exempt from tax merely because it is made over the Internet.  Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases.  Any such taxes are your responsibility. 

Shipping and Delivery

To make buying from us simple, shipping within the contiguous U.S. (via UPS ground only) is $14.99 per order with the exception of rugs.  Shipping charges for rugs will be based on rug size as indicated:  
5'x8' $44
8' x 10' $67
3' x 6' $22
2'x 8' $23
2' x 3' $19 

We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations. 

Before you sign for your merchandise, it is very important to inspect the delivery carton for visible damage.  If the carton has visible damage or there is any reason you are concerned with the condition of the merchandise, you will need to write “visible damage” on the face of the delivery receipt.  Customers who sign for delivery and do not note the “damage” assume responsibility if the merchandise is damaged.  Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the receipt of damaged merchandise.  See the Returning Damaged Merchandise section below for further details. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise to us within 30 days from the original shipping date for a refund.  No exchanges are allowed.  You must follow the instructions below to receive a refund:

            1.         Returns cannot be accepted beyond 5 days from the original shipping date.

            2.         All return merchandise must arrive back to us in original, resalable condition.  This means merchandise must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled.  The merchandise must also arrive back to us with the original packaging.  Merchandise not in original, resalable condition, and with original packaging, will not be accepted for return. 

            3.         Merchandise sold in multiple quantities must be returned in the minimum multiple quantity they were sold in.

            4.         You must email our Customer Support for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise within 5 days of delivery.  Merchandise will not be accepted for return without a Return Authorization Number. 

            5.         You must indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packaging slip and include your packing slip with your return. 

            6.         You must write your Return Authorization Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned. 

            7.         Returns must be shipped prepaid delivery and fully insured. 

            8.         Shipping charges are not refundable.

We charge and you agree to pay a 25% restocking fee for all returns. 

Regardless of where your merchandise was shipped, returns must be delivered back to us at your sole expense and to the address above.  Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees. 

Please allow at least 3 weeks for your return to be processed and your refund to appear on PayPal. 

Returning Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process easy.  Your participation is needed to ensure that we can assist you.  Be sure to email our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage and to receive damaged merchandise replacement instructions.  You must be prepared to provide a photo of the damaged merchandise if requested to do so by our Customer Support team.  Please keep all packing materials.
