Mid Century Modern Mother in Law Apartment - A Multi Generational Home

Last week, I had the honor of creating a design plan for a client who is in the process of turning a large library located in her newly purchased multi-generational home into a lovely Mother-in-law Apartment. The architectural design and construction of this space is by Munz Construction of PA. 

This apartment is going to be absolutely amazing. It is very unique in that the original bookcases that wrap the library will remain in tact while brand new kitchen, living room, bedroom and bedroom spaces are constructed. I created a high style, mid-century modern flavored design plan for the entire space making smart use of every inch. This will be a fully functioning home filled with warmth, style, beauty, comfort and most importantly... family!
