Three Rooms, One Design~ A Foyer, Living and Dining Design Plan

We've had a fantastic summer in the design studio, there are lots of projects we've been working on that I'm excited to share! Starting today. This was a Three Room Design Plan we created for Erite and her family. They were just getting settled into a brand new home that has a gorgeous open floorpan. Erite asked us to create a design plan for her Foyer, Formal Living Room and Dining Room which are all open to each other. Using some of her current furniture and accessories along with new, budget friendly merchandise selections, we gave Erite an easy to follow plan that ensures seamless flow between all three spaces...

As with all our Online Design Plans, we began with an inspiration board and a true to scale floor plan of each space that contains all of the items included in Erite's custom design plan (both new merchandise and her existing pieces). Then we followed up with a complete, detailed presentation and product source list that included recommendations for new paint colors, window treatments, furniture, art and accessories.

Here is a peek at the plan we created for her Foyer...

From the foyer, you have a clear view into the Living Room. Erite wanted these spaces to flow together, working on them at the same time allowed us to create a seamless design.

Here is a look at the plan we created for the Living Room...

The Living Room and Dining Room are separated only by a partial wall. Erite had a gorgeous dining table that she wanted to keep in the space, but other than that it was a clean slate.

We created a plan for the Dining Room that tied in with the Living Room and Foyer design.
Take a look...

This three room design project was a lot of fun. During the interview process, I got to know Erite and it was an honor having the opportunity to design for her and her family. Bringing their personilty in to their brand new home was a complete joy.

We currently have a few openings for new online design projects, but the fall and winter tend to fill up fast! Please feel free to email us with any questions you may have on how our affordable online design service works!
