Only a few more posts in The Holiday Home Series.
Today's project is pretty simple which, is what we all need right about now...simple.
A while back, I shared how I took a $5 painting from the Goodwill,
(Before)
and turned it into a chalkboard.
(After)
The other day, I decided to re-purpose my re-puposed painting as a tray for our perfume/cologne collection that's taking over the master bedroom.
I wrote a message with chalk to remind us each day as we are getting ready to face a world of holiday craziness,
what it's really all about.
Since it sits on the dresser next to our Baby Christmas Vignette, I thought this verse was perfect.
A $5 find with three personalities...painting, chalkboard and tray.

You did such a great job with this. It's really creative and pretty. I love that chalkboard paint too.
ReplyDeleteVery Pretty! Your ideas are great! Just wanted to let you know that for the past two weeks or so, every time I get on the computer...I bring up your blog, (not only to read new posts) but to have the lovely Christmas tunes playing while I post and read and pay bills, etc., It's the most relaxing thing to have the music playing while I'm at my desk. Great selection of songs! Thank you!
