Cozy Modern Downtown Patio Design

Yesterday, I wrapped up a really fun "Whole House" design project for an EDesign Client. She came to me for a plan to make her new downtown loft-style apartment feel like home. One of my favorite spaces in her new place was the outdoor patio that overlooks the downtown area. Picture spending your evenings curled up with friends in this cozy, modern, outdoor living space. 

Topped off by panoramic views of the city lights...

Here is a look at some of the other spaces I designed in this home. You can see here how each room has its own personality and purpose while all of the spaces flow together seamlessly. The upper left is the Master Bedroom, the upper right is the Patio, the lower left is the Living Room and the lower right is the Office/Dining Room Combo Space.
