I received a fun email over the weekend from a client with some exciting "before and after" pics from an EDesign project I did for her a while back. She emailed me to let me know that she recently sold the house and everyone who viewed it, loved it! She shared with me the MLS photos that were taken after the EDesign. What I thought was really neat about this, was that I created her EDesign project for her back in July of 2013, and the rooms we created still look fresh and relevant. Even after six years.
I worked on three rooms in this beautiful, spacious home. The other day, I shared the Dining Room. Today, I'd like to show you the Kitchen and Family Room.

My client came to me looking for an upscale, subtly-coastal flavored design for her open concept home. She had a lot of great pieces when we began working together, we kept a lot of her existing design elements in place, adding items that complemented them. Beautiful window treatments, artwork, decorative accessories, fresh paint, pretty textiles and unique lighting brought these rooms to life. Each space in this home has it's own personality and purpose, yet the new look flows from one room to another perfectly.

This is an example of a multi-room online design plan. The more spaces we tackle at once through my online design service, the better the pricing. It also allows us to create spaces that flow together seamlessly. Having a cohesive design in an open concept home is a great asset when it comes to resale, this recently sold home is a perfect example.
