A Perfect Day

It is an absolutely perfect summer day at The Yellow Cape Cod. The kids are done with school, the sun is shining and it is seventy five perfect degrees outside.

It's a great beginning to our week-long summer stay-cation.

  5. This post made my day! Tomorrow is my first official day of summer break. I can't wait until I have a pile of bikes and flip flops in my yard. 75 sounds great too. We only hit 51 in Seattle today.

I hope you'll link up to Home and Family Friday this week!

  7. I love that pictures of the poppies and beautiful blue sky! I'd really like to find a larger image to use as my desktop - where can I find it? Thanks!

  8. I love the rocking chairs on the front porch! We took a trip to Louisianan and toured the plantations...I feel in love with the rocking chairs on the porches. My hubby tried so hard to find some for our front porch in Colorado. All he could find was stained wood rocking chairs. I am fighting the urge to paint them white!
